How can we help?

Check the common questions below, or send a request — it goes directly to the developer. Usually within 1–2 business days.

Common questions

When does Wakeclash come out?+

Wakeclash launches on the App Store for iPhone and iPad first, with Android to follow. Check back here — the App Store button on the Wakeclash page goes live on launch day.

How do I play?+

Tap the left half of the screen to turn left and the right half to turn right. Tap BOOST for a short burst of speed. When the jump ring is full, tap JUMP to hop over a light wall or hold it to glide. Avoid every wall — including your own.

How does online play work?+

Choose ONLINE to join an open room. Up to four riders race; AI fills any empty seats. Every human taps Ready, and at least two humans are needed to start. If you lose signal or take a call, an AI rider takes your bike — come back quickly to take it back.

How do I earn bits?+

Bits are earned in online races. Stay in the race to earn bits, with bonuses for placing well. Spend them in the GARAGE to unlock new bikes. Leaving a race early earns nothing.

Do paid bikes ride faster?+

No. Every bike has the same hitbox, speed, and handling. Bikes are cosmetic, so races are always decided by skill.

What should I include in a bug report?+

Your device model, iOS or Android version, the app version (shown in Settings), the map you were on, and what happened just before the problem. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
